my role.
In this position, I was tasked to create proposals and offering memorandums. I did the copywriting for press releases. I edited videos to create property tours of listings. In addition, I did marketing administrative tasks such as marketing summaries and email blasts of new listings.

Working with over five real estate agents, I would send out multiple email campaigns weekly that advertised their listings.

I hired third-party drone videographers and would edit the raw footage. The videos were utilized for project proposals and marketing materials for property listings.
I created press releases for the agents to garner attention among brokers and potential clients by highlighting their closed transactions.
